Day Two

It took me most of yesterday to backcomb thirty or so dreadlocks. They’re still pretty fuzzy and my head is a bit…lumpy. But I love them.

I really love them.

I love dreads.

I want dreads.

I’m getting dreads.

(and I’m certain that, right now, my parents
are completely horrified)

Just about a year ago, I said that when
I finally graduated, I would dread my hair.

Graduation is just three months away.

I’m excited.
